Painted over an antique map of Brooklyn dating back to 1892 - this piece combines the use of Acrylic paints, oil pastels, and water-color paints.

The lines capture the chaotic nature of traveling throughout Brooklyn and also connect each neighborhood with the next.

Inspired by my extensive collection of bathing suits and dresses this piece was created on a cold winter day and represents my desire for warm sunny weather. Textiles are very inspiring to me, and this is the first painting I have created based solely on my sense of fashion.

Painted on a large piece of gessoed cardboard this painting was created using acrylic paints and a skewed perspective of a chinese lantern against a blue wall.

The most realistic piece created, the colors reflected on the wall off the green lantern needed no exaggeration.

A rich texture was created throughout the piece from the cardboard rippling from the moisture in the paint.

Dissected by bold black lines the square rimmed plates feature enlarged leaves. The bowls feature more delicate leaves with thin black lines that carry the eye throughout.
